I ordered a specific patio heater, but a completely different model showed up. Even the label on the box didn’t match what I ordered, so I’m not sure what happened on their end. I had to go back and forth over email just to explain the problem, which was frustrating. Whoever runs this really needs to get it together because this definitely isn’t what I paid for.

I’m giving it 2 stars mainly because the shipping was just really slow. Maybe I’m being a little impatient, but I feel like it shouldn’t have taken that long, especially when the tracking updates weren’t very clear. The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the waiting was frustrating.

It was okay overall, but the prices felt a bit high for what you get. I know companies always make it sound like you're getting some amazing value, but I didn’t really feel that. Not bad, just probably a little too pricey for me.

I ordered this patio heater hoping it would be a solid buy, and while it looked decent out of the box, the quality was disappointing. A few pieces felt thin and flimsy, and one of the panels had a small dent, which was annoying right away.

But they replied quickly, didn’t make it awkward, and got everything sorted without much fuss. The refund came through like it was supposed to as well. I’d probably order from them again.

We ended up getting the right unit, and it’s been working great so far. Would I use them again? Definitely

I had some trouble figuring out the heater setup at first and was getting a little frustrated, but once I got through to their support guy he walked me through it quickly and made it a lot easier to understand, I did have to wait on hold for a bit so I’m giving it 4 stars, but overall they were helpful and got me sorted out.
